Ashton’s Junior Year is flying by! You may remember her previous session with her steers before the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. We have been capturing each year of her high school career and will compile all the favorites into an heirloom album next year as she graduates from Clements.
This was a quick spring session you may recognize from last year’s cheer team portraits. No matter where we photograph, Ashton always looks amazing! She is such a kind hearted and special young lady, and I look forward to seeing what direction she takes in her future. This is an exciting time for young people with so many changes ahead!
Ashton’s junior year has been nothing short of extraordinary. While many teenagers are just trying to survive the school year, Ashton has been thriving under a level of commitment that most adults would find daunting. Her days start at hours most teens wouldn’t dream of—before the sun is even up, she’s out feeding her animals, rain or shine. It’s a daily discipline that speaks volumes about her character.
From early mornings at the barn to long hours driving to shows, clinics, and practices, Ashton has poured her heart into her passion. This kind of dedication isn’t taught in a classroom—it’s built from grit, love for what you do, and an inner drive to be your best. As a parent, it’s incredible to witness. I can barely get my teenagers to walk the dog without a full negotiation session, and here’s Ashton, taking on responsibilities that rival any adult’s.
To Ashton—keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep being the remarkable young woman you are. You’re already building a foundation for an amazing future, and I have no doubt you’ll go far. The best is yet to come!
